    TRAINING WITH A SYSTEM

    Training and development

    Personnel qualification is one of the essential measures of our quality management. The qualification, which is especially adapted to our service, is mainly imparted in regular internal trainings.

    The aim is to ensure that all our employees always have the necessary specialist knowledge through a targeted training and further education program. Through ongoing training measures, the level of qualification achieved is to be maintained and improved as far as possible in order to ensure an increase in the quality of work.
